«There was an accidental double booking in my stay, but Vince was able to accommodate me at another location not far from the original location. The accommodation was just as the pictures he sent. He was very responsive and friendly. Property was clean and quiet as well. I would book another stay.»

«A few of us visit Seattle for a long weekend and had a great stay a the High Point home. It was comfortable, well appointed and even had a few amenities that we didn't see mentioned on the listing. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in each shower. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bedroom with the queen size bed was a bit smaller but still adequate. The view from the upper patio was beautiful. Only suggestion I would have is maybe a couple of standing fans for ...

«My experience at the Indianola Boathouse was amazing! The property was exactly as described (if not better), spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Susan was an incredible host—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!»

«Way overpriced for someones basement that they couldn't even be bothered to remove spiderwebs from. Parking was an issue from the moment we arrived, as they requested we have assigned parking that was already taken by their friend. Was told to contact them immediately if this happens and spent 30 minutes waiting for a reply. The pictures on the website are advertising a better place than what was seen. Request no noise from tenents visiting but expect loud noises from the house above.»

«This place was perfect and exactly what my partner and I needed. I would absolutely stay here again. It was about 10 minutes away from the Chinese Garden which we had late tickets for. The host is fast, considerate, honest and so easy to communicate with. The space is private, though it is attached to a larger house, we didnt hear footsteps or anything. The hot tub is fabulous, everything was clean and tidy.. no complaints at all. »

«My husband and I stayed for a weekend at this beautifully appointed loft. Everything you see online is accurate. It’s very clean, quiet, and has a beautiful view of the Seattle Space Needle. Larissa is a fantastic host and super communicative and caring. She made sure we were comfortable and we’ll take care of. The next time we’re in Seattle we’ll definitely stay here again.»

«Nice neighborhood, room was very clean and smelled lovely. Over all comfortable. Very loud though with traffic and the walls are paper thin. But they do provide earplugs in your room. I would recommend putting something on the floors to dampen the sound of every footstep on the stairs and hallways.»

«Our stay at the high point guest house was very nice. The house was clean, neat and well appointed. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding. We were traveling with an elderly family member the only issue was the steep driveway in the rain. »

«This gem continues to be our favorite Seattle-area hotel. Convenient to I-90 yet hidden in trees, the Larkspur (Bellevue) feels like a hideaway from the city’s bustle. Spacious rooms, nicely stocked kitchenettes, comfy beds, forceful showers, and ample WiFi. Also, free Netflix on TV and free fresh-baked cookies in the evening. Best of all, the skilled, courteous employees have worked there for years and greet arrivals like old friends. Highly recommended. »
