«We stayed here with four adults and three toddlers ages one, two and three. It was so nice to literally be not even a block away from restaurants and downtown areas. We were able to bundle them up in the strollers and get to so many places in walking distance. The place is an older home. We knew this going into it. «Check-in was easy, location was great. Host was very responsive/resolved an issue about the living room TV missing a remove. We couldn't use the TV or watch the NFL game upon arrival so we went to a local sports bar. Parking was a challenge with a full-size HD truck. The private drive is shared with neighbors & a small business on the corner. Those customers also took up the street parking. The yard was mostly dirt. «We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and isolated. Rob was very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking necessities and the beds were comfortable.I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!»

«Everything was great! This was perhaps the cleanest home we have ever stayed. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location was amazing. Myself, my husband and 3 teens were comfortable preparing for our daily adventures, cooking and having a meal at the house and staying in for a movie night. Super accommodating in every way! I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.»

«Outstanding property. The firepits and hot tub were a great touch after a day at the Grand Canyon. The down town area is very close and had great dining and shopping options. »

«The house was great. We needed a one level home due to a disability. The house I was almost perfect for us except going out to the backyard. No railings off the deck and the walkway was uneven. The one level was a must for us. She could get out to the backyard but needed assistance. The only other thing I would say is the couch wasn’t as comfortable as it could be.»

«First time staying here. More than enough room for 4 people. Very clean and unique place to stay. The common area was very inviting and cool to hang out in. Would definitely recommend others to stay here and i will definitely be staying here again myself.»
