«This property has it all! Upon booking, communication with the host was wonderful. David had lots of suggestions of things to do and see in the area. Check-in was a breeze! We arrived earlier than expected and David was able to accommodate an early check-in for which we were so grateful. We were so incredibly impressed with the property! The river was shallow to enter and our 2 and 4 year old loved wading. The house itself was fully stocked with linens, towels, paper goods and a fully stocked ...

«Gary was very helpful and kind. Im not much for computers so we communicated through text and a phone call. He had the place ready for us earlier than check in and let us know in advance. Very quit, peacful setting, not that the photos are'nt good but the cottage looks even better in person. Nothing was broken or in poor condition, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Gary!»

«The location of this property was great for us. It was a quick walk to downtown and the marina where our boat was in a slip. The house had everything we needed, as far as dishes, towels, etc. We felt like it could have been cleaner. An example is the ceiling fans had about a quarter inch of dust on them, so I would say it needs a deep clean more often. The streets, houses, in the blocks to the west are beautiful, however, you can't see those. There are no "views" from the house unless you ...

«Location is great and beautiful view of the lake and the sunsets. The blackstone grill was great to have. The house is older and it shows in some places, like the bathrooms. The staircase is definitely rough to get things up or down. The only real problem for me was the lack of a good deep cleaning. Surface level it’s clean enough but it needs a good scrub down.
