«The place is basic and simple, as expected. The carpet was grey with dirt in areas and needed a clean, however the owner is now trying to charge me $165 for cleaning the carpet due to dog smell. This is after we paid him $60 extra in cash to be nice as we had 3 dogs. This was above what we already paid just as a nice gesture.
