«Having on hand printed my already paid booking with Expedia, where the room was pool view (was on the description of my booking), they tell me that to have that room I would pay extra money, I choose the room with pool view and air conditioning but they give me a room behind the hotel with a fan. We only spent one night there and we lost the money for the rest of the days. Could be a problem between Expedia and the Hotel but the hotel only ask for more money and Expedia doesn't allow to cancel ...

«We really loved our stay at D’Puncak villas. Made and his family were super friendly and especially really sweet to our babygirl! The rooms, garden and pool were very neat and beautiful. They go out of their way to take care of everything. The only downside was that it’s a bit further from restaurants and we had to take the (bit expensive) taxi all the time as we travel with two small children and didnt feel comfortable riding a scooter with a baby. »
