There is no information on the website about which Hilton Garden Inn van you are supposed to take from the airport. I even called the hotel to confirm shuttle service and they did not mention there are multiple HGI in the area to be sure which one we were going to. Nor did the drive check that we were on the right van. So of course, we got to the hotel at 11:30pm and were told we were at the wrong location. The desk clerk said our options were to wait for the van, go back to the airport and get another van, or take an uber. This was poor customer service. Once we got to the right hotel, things were fine, the room was spacious but dated. The desk clerks were helpful both at check in and in the morning. Disappointing that breakfast is not included and there's nothing close in the area to go to for a quick breakfast. Our shuttle driver the next morning was friendly and helpful and guided us to the rental car so we could get ready for our Georgia trip.
