«We really enjoyed our stay in Portsmouth. The host was responsive and stayed in contact during the stay. Check in was easy and the location was perfect! «One could not ask for more than a cozy cottage, a friendly and helpful owner, in a lovely part of the world. We listened to birds sing, watched the sun rise at a nearly by nature preserve, turned the beautiful, nearby church yard of the historic St. Columba chapel, and drove to the nearby, sandy Middletown beaches. «We stayed for a wedding at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. The locatio. Was perfect, a 3 minute walk to Easton beach with the Cliff Walk beginning at the end of the beach. Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!»

«My husband and I stayed here while visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. It was the perfect little cottage style house on the water. Beautiful views, great location for us, cute cafe nearby, stocked with fun board games, great back yard for our doggo, and a fire pit. Luke and Cori were excellent hosts! They were communicative and offered plenty of suggestions for the area! We had a wonderful stay and would stay again in the future! »

«It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. »
