«We stayed a week with our adult children and it was wonderful. Very close to the public beach access. Had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the pool and spa. The beach bathroom was very convenient for use while out at the pool or lounging on the covered patio. We actually appointed the boys to accommodate the bathroom. «We had an amazing stay and the property was exactly as described—very clean, well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There were 8 of us girls and we especially liked having 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. The house is on the beach so we walked along the shore & collected shells and we especially enjoyed the outside deck sitting around the fire pit. «This home is nice. It has recently had improvements and we were the first ones to rent. Any small issue was addressed promptly and with care. Highly recommend. Only adds I would do would be to add a platter and serving bowls. Otherwise 10 out of 10»

«We rented this house so we could visit Amelia Island during the Dickens on Centre festival. Our family enjoyed the house amenities and it was close to all the things we wanted to do downtown. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we sent messages. They stocked the kitchen with plenty of Keurig K-Cups for morning coffee and paper products throughout the house were all well stocked. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!»

«The Canopy Cottage has good interior space. The location is great with respect to its proximity to destinations in / around Amelia Island. The proximity to A1A makes for a lot traffic passing by. The grounds are rugged and not well maintained but the location is really great. It is great that my sister could bring her little dog. We had a great time and I would recommend this place for others.»
