«The check-in process was seamless. The property has several entrances, so it makes it easier unloading and loading especially in the colder weather. The apartment was perfect for 6 adults and there were enough towels, rags. Loved the stay, loved visiting the game room and the library in this castle is amazing like reminded me of beauty and the beast :). Beautiful home thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy it while on our stay!»

«We stayed one night. Was short lived. Wish the time there could have been at least closer to a ful 24 hour stay but the place had everything we needed. Not sure what the cinema was, but the library was neat. Communication was great as were the instructions. Parking garage is a maze however. Thank you! »

«We had two units. The one on east was very nice. The one is tower was somewhat noisy and not as well done. People were GREAT and super helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the grills and the pool. Lots of dogs! We should have brought ours. Good time. Suffiecient cooking gear. »

«Absolutely no negative comments. Our stay was Fri-Sat. The pub downstairs and alley next door created no noise issue for us. The slight hum of the HEPA air purifier in the bedroom may have helped. Despite its small footprint, the unit was spacious and well-appointed. Exactly as described. Also felt very private, as we saw no one else in elevator or stairwells. Definitely would book again, as rental was enjoyable and area was fun to explore.»

«I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place.»

«The Lake House was the perfect place to welcome the year’s first snowfall. The property is well maintained and the house was lovely. Wally welcomed us on our first day and we immediately felt comfortable as he gave us some great pointers and recommendations.
