The Neighborhood:
The North East Heights is one of Albuquerque's most sought after locations to live in. This townhouse is located on a quite culdesac and is only a few blocks from Arroyo Del Oso Golf Course. There are great restaurants near by.

Walk Score of 28 out of 100. This location is a Car-Dependent neighborhood so most errands require a car.

This location is in Albuquerque. Nearby parks include Stardust Skies Park and Montgomery Park.

Other Things to Note:
One Small dog allowed in case by case basis and must be approved by host prior to booking. $60 pet fee collected prior to checkin.

The condo is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug (specifically sugar ants). Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

GRILL: guest understands this is not a guaranteed amenity. If propane is out we will do our best to arrange for refill when our schedule permits OR if guest refills it we will reimburse for cost so long as the tank is still full upon departure. Guest responsible for drained propane tank if left on irresponsibly.

Parking space is available as directed in the check-in guide. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) for use of the parking space. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.

Exceptional visit to ABQ
Our visit to Albuquerque was wonderful. Part of the reason for that was the opportunity to stay in such a clean well appointed home with easy access to everything in Albuquerque. Taryn is a amazing host. The home was very clean, comfortable bed and filled with all of the necessities one would need when away from home. We did not use the kitchen but appeared as though there were plenty utensils if we would have cooked. Really like having the garage. Very quiet neighborhood - five stars all around.

This property was excellent in every way. The location is in a safe, quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. There is a lovely park nearby with a new playground. It was super clean, bright, and all appliances worked well. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus. Private patio seating and garage were especially appreciated. The NE location is near major roads which makes it easy access to anywhere in town. The host was attentive and responsive. I would highly recommend this property and we will be staying here again!

Peaceful
Quiet. Culdesac, buried in a vast housing dev so no road traffic. Higher walls surround the property so excellent privacy. Inside no frills, but property appointed with everything needed to refresh, revive, and get cleaned up well before continuing your journey. The jack and jill bathroom optimizes efficiency of the unit and there is a record player! We were very happy with these lodgings.

Oasis in the Desert
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spotless and everything we needed was there. We were in town for the dog show and it was so nice to come back to the property after a stressful day. The fenced-in area was great for our dog, thank you for allowing him at the property. It did not bother him that there was no grass. It was also great to have the garage to park our car so that it was secure. The neighborhood was very nice also. Thanks for providing this great property!

Nice culdesac property
Property owner was very attentive and checked in on us quickly to make sure all was good. I brought a concern to her attention that she would address before the next stay. The house and patio are fully enclosed by a taller wall which provides nice safety and privacy. She provided ground New Mexico Piñon coffee for the stay which was best had in the morning or evening in the front patio. Great little home and a nice home away from home.

Convenient location and comfortable stay
The home is well-maintained and managed. Taryn was extremely easy to work with and responds quickly to any questions. The property was clean and comfortable (furniture and beds). The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Also, the house is behind a locked gate and has a small courtyard. The garage was an extra plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place in Albuquerque
Good instructions for entering the home and finding things; Good instructions for day of checkout; Appreciate having a garage to keep rental car; Home is clean, comfortable and well-supplied; Wifi is excellent. Appreciated the pinyon coffee -- very tasty Great location for us to visit family We recommend adding a few blankets for cold nights (We borrowed some from our daughter-in-law). We kept the heat at 68 degrees, but several of the nights wer very chilly.

Perfect Location for Enjoying ABQ
Our stay included my partner and our older dog, wonderful location to enjoy family over the Thanksgiving holiday. Enjoyed walking the dog in the quiet neighborhood and exploring the park close by. Beautiful mountain views right outside the front door. With a few extra tools in the kitchen we pulled off a Thanksgiving dinner with family.

Great location, perfect family vacation stay
This home was perfect for our working/family vacation. The location is really central to our family and friends we were visiting and close to many of our favorite restaurants. The home was clean, safe and perfectly stocked with all the essentials for our stay in the kitchen and all living spaces. My husband and I did have to work so the wifi worked great. Our children were very comfortable and we all enjoyed walks with our dog down to the nearby park and Arroyo del Oso park. I really appreciated the extra security with the enclosed patio and ability to park our car in the garage during our stay. I also appreciated the communication with the owner and all the great suggestions for places to eat and visit. We hope to return on our next stay in Albuquerque.

Northeast Albuquerque
Conveniently located, close to Whole Foods,Sprouts close to old town 10min drive. A park to walk your dog is close by and a walking trail also within walking distance. Sitting outside in courtyard was such a treat, no bugs or flies to bother you.

This a a great house for a small family, with comfortable beds, roomy bedrooms, two sinks in the bathroom, and a good laundry. Location is good, midway between the mountains and downtown. Kitchen implements--dishes, glasses, pots--are a little sparse.

Great place to stay in ABQ!
Such a great place to stay on our recent visit to the Albuquerque area. Felt safe & close to anything you may need or want. Perfect rental for our weekend away
We loved so much about the property. It was located in the perfect spot for the balloon fiesta. Property was extremely clean... everything.... floors, bathrooms, fridge, you name it, very clean. Loved the subtle reminders (if you rent the property you'll see what I mean). Owner was super responsive to my many questions. I received answers within reasonable timeframe each time I reached out. And, she even reached out to us to check if we got in and settled OK... which was a nice touch. Love the fact that we had a closed in courtyard, washer and dryer (with soap), etc. Kitchen had plenty of pots/pans, utensils, etc. There was nothing we could have needed that the house did not have. The big bedroom had a HUGE closet and plenty of hangers. Would have liked that room to have a dresser/chest of drawers as we like to unpack when we stay somewhere. We ended up putting our clothes in the wall cabinet in the bathroom/behind the door. Tad inconvenient, but seriously, not a big deal. We look forward to returning.
