«This is a great property to stay at. A basement apartment (approximately 12 stairs down) in a quiet neighborhood that is stocked with everything you need as well as some of the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room supplies that you will need. The hosts were great! They made sure I had whatever I needed, answered all my "tourist" questions but at the same time didn't bother me unnecessarily. «This was an incredible place to stay. The property was just as advertised. Clean, well appointed with plenty of room. It is also very centrally located to everything. You might wanna do while you visit Fairbanks. The owner kept in touch and checked in several times to make sure everything was going well. Can’t recommend this property enough to anyone that is visiting.»

«This was the perfect place for our northern lights adventure. It had the best set up, with a large north facing window where we could watch for the lights from the warmth of the indoors. We actually saw the lights twice and it was amazing. The host was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly to messages! «It was a nice place to stay for a few days before moving to Washington. It was conveniently located. No complaints, except someone checked to see if the front door was locked while I was there. It was a shock but I'm pretty sure it was just the owner making sure that I had the door locked or at least that's what I told myself.»

«Nothing but positives to communicate. Beautiful, clean, and well appointed property. Beautiful views of the bay, spit, and mountains across the bay from HUGE windows in both the main bedroom and living room. My wife and I found the vista mesmerizing.
