We are SO disappointed.
Cleaning of the room was very good. Waiters service and behavior was also good. Service at the beach was very good. And the building facilities and access to the beach is excellent. However, there where so many things that had reduced this hotel we would say to a tree star hotel. To mention:
- The dinner consisted mostly of chicken wings or small fish with a lot of
bones, and the lunch the same more days after each other. Very little
various food. Light white bread mostly the only for breakfast. Small
cakes hard like stones. Grilled turkey mostly like black coal.
- A lot of Russian guests emptying food and cakes/fruit very fast.
- Wine was served as cold red wine and warm white wine in milk
glasses.
- Lack of capacity for sfood - cueing up.
- Lack of spoons and forks for desert.
- Terrible high Turkish or Russian music and entertainment.
- In fitness room no paper towels, spray or air, in spite of asking tree
times. Could not agree whom was responsible.
