Dette huset er side ved side med eiendom nummer 489901 i tilfelle du trenger to hus. Begge eiendommene er private fra hverandre og andre. Vakker og fredelig ferie privat eiendom som føles som din eksklusive resort med svømmebasseng, spektakulær og fantastisk havutsikt Lysthus og land, en acre av land med 180 graders utsikt over havet på klippe høyt land ser over havet. Utmerket familieutflukter. Big sjøutsikt, stor sky og store land. Mange av våre venner og familie har gått til våre ferie hjemme og alt kansellert alle andre planer og bare bodde i boligen som det er bare så vakkert. Vi har eid denne eiendommen i 11 år og holdt det som vårt andre hjem.

Paradise!
This property is amazing. The pool is massive and has a shallow area that was perfect for my toddler. My kids played for hours in it. It’s clean with lots of outdoor space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. It’s super close (15 min) drive to tons of beaches. We were so sad to leave!

Paradise
Who would’ve thought you could reserve a piece of paradise. This house is nestled on beautifully maintained grounds with a great pool overlooking the ocean & palm trees. Each morning greeted us with breathtaking views, fresh breeze & soothing sounds of the waves. The house is beautifully designed with intricate furniture accents & decor, with spacious & comfortable rooms. Each part of the house is equipped with a variety of necessities that allows you to jump right in and get optimal use. The property is lined with gorgeous tropical trees, making you feel as if you’re in your own private paradise.

We had an amazing stay! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible and watching the sunset from the gazebo and pool was a highlight. The communication was excellent, and we hope to be back soon!

Get-away to celebrate birthdays
Choosing this property to stay at for our vacation was the best decision we made! I truly needed to go nowhere else to enjoy my stay in Puerto Rico as this property is that beautiful! The pool is just perfect and the gazebo with a grill and fridge was icing on the cake. Only recommendation I can make is to upgrade the stove/oven combo as I had to light the burner with a match to use it. Diana is so incredibly helpful and was so patient with my questions. Would stay at this location again!

Propery was immaculate and exactly as listed. Plenty of pots, pans and kitchen supplies for cooking. AC was on point! View was breathtaking, neighborhood was quiet. Grocery store and great restaurants 5 minutes away. We highly recommend this property.

We loved the property, close to good beaches, restaurants and a supermarket. Upon arrival, the jacuzzi was not working well, but Diana very kindly supported us until she sent the electrician and fixed the situation and it worked perfectly for the rest of the stay. The sunsets look spectacular. I definitely recommend the place.

Breathtaking
The house was just as we expected, and the views were even better. Waking up to such beautiful views of the palm trees and ocean, and relaxing to the beautiful sunset were all breathtaking. We explored some of the island and beautiful beaches, and surprisingly the teens enjoyed being at the house so much more. Diana was great from beginning to end. We've shared the listing with friends and family, and hope to book it again on our next trip. Enjoy!

Beautiful property with fabulous view. Well maintained grounds. House is 3 bedrooms with many beds in the 2nd and 3rs bedrooms. Master bedroom king bed. The kitchen is dated but fully equipped and fully functional with a great view to the pool, grounds and the ocean. very nice pool and hot tub. Secure property in small culdesac. Not easy to find without Google maps. The Gazebo house was equipped for barbecuing and outdoor entertaining. We didn't other than photos with the view of the ocean. The one negative was the tech. The TV, Cable, Xbox and WiFi didn't work. The wifi was restored in a couple of days. The other things were not. But I must mention that the property manager did everything she could to help and did. Always responsive and available to help. She is a credit to the home owner in the job she did in assisting us with anything we needed. Diana thank you. You did a great job 👍. I would stay again.

PR Family Vacation 2023
Being a family of 7 my wife and I were a bit worried we would not have enough space for everyone. In addition I have been to the island many times and was concerned about not knowing the exact location if it was safe or not. When we arrived we were blown away. The pictures do not do it justice. We had more then enough room for everyone. The property is very well kept. It’s located on a dead end with all gated homes so we felt safe. The landscaping is beautiful. The inside of the home was very clean and well kept. The kids had an absolute blast playing in the pool everyday. We will definitely be using this property again in the future.

View was amazing!!!
Beautiful view from the house, gazebo & top of the pool area that we were allowed to sit on. There was some sort of a issue with the tile that was marked "do not step" so more than half of the best viewing area was off limits...bummer for sun bathing. The house was nice had everything you needed. Good starter supply of the necessary toiletries ect.. Plenty of space throughout the house. We didn't watch the TV at all!! It was great. There was some molding in the guest bathroom wall. The air-conditioner stopped working in the back bedroom & we were going to be gone by the time a new one would be installed (I know this was out of the homeowners control) thankfully the ocean breeze definitely helped at night. While in the pool you didn't have any view of the ocean. Just a suggestion that if the little palm tree in the middle and the hedges were to be cut down it would make it 10xs better. And to watch the kids play in the pool while relaxing on the raised covered porch you couldn't. The gazebo was a great place to hang out & grill. Whale watching was great!!! Take your binoculars!!! Diane was great, didn't get to meet her in person but she was quick to respond to any questions & respond to my calls. All in all it was a very pleasant stay. The minor downfalls wouldn't keep us from staying here again. Don't hesitate to book this house. Thank you for opening your home to us!!
