I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was impeccably clean—thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. The kitchen team was also kind and polite, adding to the positive experience.
Most of the receptionists, especially the young men, were professional and helpful. However, one staff member, Hajer, stood out negatively. She had an uncooperative attitude and misled me twice. This morning, she argued with me, refusing to assist with printing my boarding pass—contrary to her colleague, who was more than willing to help. Despite her coworker’s kindness, Hajer insisted they don’t offer printing services before 9 AM and dismissed my request without consideration.
Given her poor communication and unwillingness to assist, I believe she is not well-suited for the front desk role. Additional training in guest relations and professionalism would greatly benefit her.
