«Overall the experience was good. However in comparison to our previous experiences with Royalton, we felt the staff service mainly at the beach bar, was not the best. Food choices were not great. We were not able to get into any restaurants that required reservations. Property is maintained well however the drive from airport to resort was took close to 2 hours. »

«Amazing pool area, clean rooms, stellar beach, nice spa & restaurant. It is great you can walk to many different restaurants. I felt this was more to my liking than the all inclusive meal plan you can pay for. There would be 2 issues that I would state. Having a kettle with packages of instant coffee is really below standard in my opinion for the price of the stay. The other issues is the cruise people that show up with a day pass and take up the pool lounge chairs. I personally feel this area ...

«We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym. Many food options and yes you need reservations for the restraints at dinner time. -h»

«Fasilitetene er helt topp. Rommene er sjarmerende. Ligner litt på San Torini. Strandområdet er veldig fint med aktiviteter etc. Men så stopper det litt opp. Service er utrolig langsom og folk som jobber her er ikke glade. Helt vanlig å vente 30 minutter på drikke til maten. Maten de serverer på restaurantene er helt medium, drikke i barene er bare sirup og vann, blandet sammen av folk som virker sure. OBS! pass på. Prisene de tar for mat og drikke er helt sinnsyke. De holder en flat vekslekurs ...

«Great value for money, and a very relaxing resort where you have everything at hand. One draw back was difficulty to get cash out, so we were very dependent on the resort for our week there. Any other experiences (like snorkeling, boat taxi, taxi, tours of any kind) require cash, so be sure to get it at the airport! Staff a little bit unfriendly, but very clean and comfortable. The beach did not have good snorkeling, but other beaches around are accessible from the resort (if you have cash). »
