«People are friendly; stayed before. Ate at Sea Breeze Restaurant and serve was poor; food delayed coming out; had breakfast package and it was good service and lots of options for all individuals. Stay away from EMP services skin services in the lobby area across from jewelry store. Bait and switch sales antics; felt I was in a time share presentation with my mother. Safe and services friendly; exercises equipment needs updating. Walkable to shops and restaurants. »

«Staff was amazing and always accommodating. Was not happy with the check in. They gave me the wrong room, then they gave me a room that was already taken. I walk in and thank god no one was in the room. They had all there stuff hanging in the closet and their pill were on the table. I had to go down to the desk for a 3rd time. It took 31/2 hours for me to get a room temperately only to move again in the morning to the room I actually book. It was a total night mare! The morning desk manager was ...

«The music by the pool was horrible. One minute mc hammer can’t touch this, shop by salt n pepper and literally the next was old time rock and roll song blasting. Adult pool had no music whatsoever. Staff was great and rooms were clean. Could use some updating outdoors. Great location, safe and good food. The ocean had really cool trampoline looking flotations that were amazing to lay on.»

«We went to element as our first stay as part as our 7 day stay in Curacao. This hotel was good enough. Rooms were large, okay bed and excellent staff. The reception was very helpful and friendly which made our stay better. My only issues is, they should at least have bedroom slippers and those shower curtains in 2024 is a NO NO.
