«Great communication, property beautifully decorated. Alrhough no parking there is a 24hr carpaek 5minutes walk away and reasonably priced. Easy to unload bags as road next to it has 1hr free parking. 5min walk and you are in centre of the town which is stunning»

I have to say that there was a lady at golden keys called Chelsea who was very responsive & kept her promises and I am grateful to her for sorting out the elements I raised with her of no hairdryer or iron at the apartment. «We had a lovely time at Heronview. The accommodation was brilliant just right for the two of us. Our hosts were great and it was good to meet the dogs and bantems. Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. We look forward to visiting again.»

«Truly appalling standard of quality and cleanliness that is inexcusable. Entrance information was not sent and had to chase up on the day. This was put down to a sick staff member which I accepted at the time but in retrospect was a sign of the poor standard of this operation who appear to have multiple properties. Black condensation surface mold in numerous areas throughout the property. Thick layers of skirting boards door frames and furniture. Broken wardrobe draws. Broken Ironing board. ...
