Like many cathedrals you have to pay to get in. It was pleasant but not as ornate as some we have visited.
It’s under renovation so scaffolding everywhere
Go to Evensong to hear the choir and the amazing acoustics.
Go for the guided tour it’s 50 minutes and you get access to parts you can’t on your own.
