Ok hotell. Rommene holdt grei standard men litt dyre m.t.p at frokost ikke var inkludert i oppholdet. Likte veldig godt at rommet var utstyrt med kjøkken, noe som var veldig praktisk m.t.p på matlaging til kresne barn. Renholdet var bra.

Leilighetshotell med god beliggenhet for familie
Bra beliggenhet for oss med barn på 10 og 13 år. Kort vei å gå til Big Ben, London eye etc., og T-banen ligger ved nærmeste kryss. Praktisk med kjøkken på rommet. Matbutikk rett ved hotellet, og spisesteder i gatene omkring. Rent og ordentlig hotell. Stille om natten. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Sentralt leilighetshotell
Leilighets hotell rett ved Waterloo station. Ingen tepper på gulvet inne på værelsene, stort pluss. Hyggelig betjening, store rom og fint med den lille kjøkkenbenken. Frokosten syntes vi var dyr i forhold til hva de serverte.En hører godt togene på natten men ellers rolig strøk.

The Marlin Waterloo was in a great location with easy access to the tube and other major attractions. The rooms were clean and comfy. It’s not high end. It is exactly what I expected for the price.

The hotel was a few minute walk to train stations and bus stops. Coffee and grocery shop right next to it. Breakfast was not cheap amd bwd was hars bur overall great place.

El lugar esta bien ubicado. Pero el personal de recepción es muy desagradable, no suelo hacer estos comentarios sobre los hoteles, pero en verdad no se si por cuestión de que mi ingles no era el mejor o simplemente porque así son. Encima de todo no limpian las habitaciones durante tu estadía. Quiero creer que solo fue mala mi suerte y que no son así con todos los huéspedes.

Great Location. Walking distance to Big Ben and London Eye. Tube/Metro is across the street and it’s super convenient to get anywhere. Staff are friendly and helpful. We got a room with a king size bed.. the size of the room was good. The only negative about this place is that they don’t clean rooms every day, which is kind of a bummer! Overall, very happy about our stay and totally recommend this place. Location is awesome

Booked this hotel for convenient location and its lower price, but the biggest complaint would be that the bed we had wasn’t even a real mattress and the pillows were very flat. It was marginally better than sleeping on a pullout sofa bed. Beyond that, bathroom could have been a little cleaner and I had to use an alcohol wipe to clean the toilet up a bit when I first arrived. Had higher expectations honestly for a “4 star hotel”. On the bright size it was fairly spacious and having a kitchenette was nice.

If you encountered these issues from the beginning, I wish you had brought them to our attention right away so we could have addressed them for you. I do see that we upgraded you to a room with a kitchen, and while we’re glad you found the space and kitchenette useful, the other concerns you mentioned should not have been overlooked. If you had issues with the bed or cleanliness, we encourage you to come to us immediately so we can rectify the problem. Friendly staff, good location, Sainsbury's right around the corner, convenient. The lobby and the reception area are nice but the actual rooms need some upgrades. Fuzzy TV (wouldn't connect well with YouTube, remote control was not working so well..) Kitchenette was fine and I liked using it but you should bring your own kitchen supplies like dish soap, sponge, etc. (although there was a dishwasher and pods.) There were enough plates and cutlery, which was nice but don't expect enough salt and pepper for cooking. It was good to get our coffee stocked every two days of cleaning services (which wasn't the best) but again, for the buck no complaints.

We stayed here at Marlin Waterloos for 7 days and it was wonderful! They cleaned the room every 2 days, and were super helpful whenever we had questions. The location was incredible. We were a 2 minute walk from a perfect bus stop to get around and less than 10 minute walk to multiple under grand tube stations and railways. It was only 10 minutes or so walk to many great attractions like the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament and many more. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
