«Terrible experience. Our room 107 had a window that could not close properly. Resulting in it being impossible to sleep when there is an outdoor disco outside in the same building till 3 o clock in the morning. I notified your staff, but they could not fix the window before the next day(after we would check out). Surely you must have known that the window was broken and that it must be impossible to sleep here especially during the weekends. The people staying there weekend before must have let ...
