When I arrived at the hotel, I asked the front desk to get a room at the higher floor, where they mentioned that they don’t have any available the first day but will have a room available on the second day, which was fine! I got the room on the fourth floor, but when I walked in, it was clearly not an ocean view room that I booked, but a partial ocean view room. I called the front desk, and they started to argue with me that the room I got was the room I booked. It was the frustrating but because I requested a room change for the second day, I let it go.
On the next day, I got the room changed, and finally got ocean view room. When I was about to go on the bed, I saw that the bed sheet was dirty with blood spots and other dirty spots. I called the housekeeper, and asked for the bed sheet change. I know how to speak spanish, but much more comfortable in English, so I requested it in English. The person responded “ok” and hung up right away. I waited over an hour, and nothing. I called the housekeeper, and they had someone who spoke English, so I requested again. He said he will be coming in 5-10 min. I waited another 30 min and nothing. I started calling the front desk, but when I requested it, they just hung up on me without any words. I called the housekeeper again, and requested it in Spanish this time, and they finally came after 3 hours.
This was not all. There was water opened and drank by previous person in inroom bar and used lotion. The room was not properly cleaned.
